- When entering and leaving the temple room one should offer obeisances to the spiritual master while bowing down.
nama oṃ viṣṇu-pādāyaनम ओं विष्णुपादायkṛṣṇa-preṣṭhāya bhū -taleकृष्णप्रेष्ठाय भू तलेśrīmate bhaktivedānta-श्रीमते भक्तिवेदान्तsvāmin iti nāmineस्वामिन् इति नामिने

* If one is initiated or an accepted aspiring disciple he should chant the pranam mantra for his spiritual master instead.
- When offering obeisances to a devotee(s) one should say:
vāñchā-kalpatarubhyaś caवाञ्छाकल्पतरुभ्यश् चkṛpā-sindhubhya eva caकृपासिन्धुभ्य एव चpatitānāṃ pāvanebhyoपतितानां पावनेभ्योvaiṣṇavebhyo namo namaḥवैष्णवेभ्यो नमो नमः
